Who may use Sable

Sable is an internal work platform. Accounts are issued by G Ashley Inc to its own employees and contractors, by invitation only. It is not a consumer service and is not open for public sign-up.

What you may use it for

Company work: reading the reports sent to you, asking questions about them, creating and running work tasks, and communicating with colleagues and the company's automated agents.

What you must not do

Share your account, or sign in on behalf of somebody else.
Move company data out of Sable to anywhere it is not authorised to go.
Use it to send marketing, promotional or unsolicited messages to anyone.
Attempt to reach data belonging to colleagues that you have not been granted access to.

Automated work, and who is responsible for it

Sable proposes actions and drafts work using AI models. It asks for your approval before running anything that changes something, sends anything to another person, or spends money. You remain responsible for what you approve. Output should be checked before it is relied on.

Availability

Sable is provided as-is for internal use. G Ashley Inc does not guarantee that it will be available at any particular time, and may change or withdraw any part of it.

Ending access

G Ashley Inc may suspend or end an account at any time, and will end access when someone stops working with the company.
