Who this covers
People with a Sable account: employees and contractors of G Ashley Inc.
Sable is not used to hold or process customer personal data.
What is held
- Your account — name, work email addresses, role, and the mobile number you enter yourself.
- Your work — reports sent to you, files you upload, tasks you create, reminders you set,
notes you save, and your conversations with Iris, the in-app assistant.
- A record of actions — an audit log of what was done in the account and when, so a
change can always be traced to a person.
- Voice, only if you use it — when you speak to Iris, the recording is sent for
transcription and is not kept afterwards. Text-message consent is recorded with the date and
the exact wording you agreed to.
Where it is held, and who processes it
Sable runs on Railway with a PostgreSQL database in the United States. Company records
are kept in G Ashley Inc's own vault, backed up to Dropbox. These providers process data on the
company's behalf:
- Anthropic — the AI models behind Iris and the agents.
- Microsoft — company email, files, Teams, and speech transcription.
- Twilio — text messages, if you have opted in.
- Dropbox and Railway — storage and hosting.
- Brevo — sending report emails.
Text messages
Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties
for marketing purposes. No third party receives them for their own use. Your number is passed
only to Twilio, solely to deliver the messages you asked for, and to nobody else.
Sable sends no marketing or promotional messages. Reply STOP to any message to stop them,
or HELP for help. See the opt-in policy for the full detail.
How long it is kept
Deleted items sit in Trash for 30 days and can be restored, then are removed. Sign-in sessions
last up to 7 days. Work records and the audit log are kept while they are needed for the business.
Your choices
- Withdraw text-message consent at any time in My Profile, or by replying STOP.
- Ask what is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or removed, by emailing
code@kinbow.com.
Security
Access is by invitation and sign-in only. Uploads are scanned before they are stored. Actions
that reach another person, change who has access, or spend money require explicit approval.
